It could not have been easier, and it has worked perfectly from the moment I restarted the computer. I installed this in my 20" iMac.
I made this purchase after reading some of the reviews at Amazon, I received this within 5 business days, It came with a yellow paper envelope, looked not fancy, but the product was well protected by its original plastic package, the installation was very easy and it has been functionally perfect.

Much more expensive at the Apple store,. Very easy to install and makes it possible to run a ton of IMac programs simultaneously. A good price too.
